These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a binding legal agreement between the 449bd platform and its users ("you" or "member"). By using the 449bd website, app or any of its services, you are considered to have fully read, understood and accepted these Terms. New members can receive up to a 100% bonus of ৳15,000 on their first deposit. A wagering requirement of 25x (25 times) must be met to use this bonus. This means the total bonus amount cannot be withdrawn until it has been wagered 25 times.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer has its own validity period and conditions, which are stated in the offer details.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and cannot be converted to cash.

Each tier includes a weekly cashback benefit: up to 0.2% for Bronze, up to 0.4% for Silver, up to 0.6% for Gold and up to 0.8% weekly cashback for Platinum. Advancement through VIP tiers depends on the member's activity and participation on the platform. 449bd reserves the right to change the terms of VIP benefits.

6. Betting Rules

6.1 Betting Limits

Minimum and maximum bet amounts are set for each game or market and are displayed in the game interface. 449bd reserves the right to change betting limits at any time if required.

6.2 Bet Cancellation and Errors

If a bet is accepted due to a technical error, software fault or incorrect information, 449bd reserves the right to cancel that bet. The staked amount will be refunded in such cases. If a technical error occurs in a game result, the support team must be notified as soon as possible.

6.3 Cricket and Sports Betting

The following rules apply to sports betting:

• If the conditions of a match or event change after a bet has been placed, 449bd may reassess the bet.

• In live betting, odds may change — the odds displayed at the moment the bet is confirmed are the ones that apply.

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure and forfeiture of deposited funds:

• Money laundering or using funds from illegal sources.

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Using automated software, bots or hacking tools.

449bd may suspend or close an account for the following reasons:
